Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta & Cheesy Garlic Ciabatta

Not had this in sooo long, another belter used the @jdseasonings amatriciana seasoning which is unreal

    Boil off 150g of rigatoni.

    Fry off 300g of diced chicken breast seasoned in salt and pepper until cooked and remove from the pan.

    Add to the pan a little more fry light, 2 minced up garlic cloves, 100g of sun-dried tomatoes, and a good handful of spinach leaves and cook away for about 1 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

    Add in 120g of @philadelphia_uki light, about 100ml of the pasta water, stir thoroughly until it becomes a sauce, then add in 1tsp of the @jdseasonings amatriciana spices and let that lightly bubble.

    Add in 20g of Parmesan cheese, stir through, then add in chicken and the pasta and give it a good stir and serve.
