Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta

Get your seasoned chicken into the air fryer for 19 mins at 190, flipping half way through.

Get your pasta on to boil.

Fry off 1 diced red onion until soften, then add in 2 garlic cloves and fry for another 2 mins.

Add half a tube of tomato purée and stir for 3-4 mins until it darkens in colour.

Add in 150g of @philadelphia_uki lightest, 1 chicken stock cube, and 2 ladles of the pasta water, and stir until cheese has melted.

Add 1 tsp of the following spices: Red chilli flakes, Onion granules, Garlic granules, Smoked Paprika, Black pepper, and a dash of salt.

Allow to simmer for 5 mins, then add cooked pasta and stir through.

Serve with your cooked chicken.
