Creamy Meatball Pasta

Fry off your meatballs and set aside.

Fry off 1 diced up brown onion in fry light for around 10 mins until they’re translucent.

Add 2 cloves of garlic and fry for another 1-2mins.

Add 100g of tomato purée and cook for 5-6 mins until the purée darkens in colour.

Boil your pasta.

Add 200ml of chicken stock and stir thoroughly until it becomes a smooth sauce.

Simmer on a low heat.

Add the @jdseasonings amatriciana spices.

Stir then add 40g of @philadelphia_uki light spread.

Add the meatballs and cooked pasta, turn the heat off and stir.

Served with garlic bread and done!
