Creamy Garlic Sausage Pasta

Fry off 1 red onion for 5 mins on a low heat then add in 1 tsp of garlic paste and cook for a further 2 mins.

Add 6 pork sausages then turn the heat right down (at this point boil your pasta… tonight I used 100g dried each) and mash them up which takes a good few mins then once they’re to your consistency and add 1 tsp of @jdseasonings amatriciana spices & another tsp of garlic paste.

Turn the heat up to medium and allow to cook until cooked through which takes around 6-7 mins.

Add in 120g of @philadelphia_uki lightest and 2 ladles of pasta water then another tsp of the amatriciana spices, add your @birdseyeuk frozen peas and allow to simmer for around 5mins.

Add your cooked pasta, turn the heat off and mix the past through and serve.
