After an amazing trip to Amsterdam I’m back to the healthy eating so having my old faithful and using the @jdseasonings Cajun spices just makes it that bit better

    Boil 150g of dried pasta.

    Fry off 438g of diced chicken in the @jdseasonings Cajun seasoning until cooked through.

    In the same frying pan, add 1 red pepper, 1 red onion, and 2 garlic cloves and fry off for around 10 mins in a tsp of Cajun seasoning.

    Add the spinach until it’s wilted, then add the chicken in with the veggies.

  5. 5

    Add the pasta, 140g of @philadelphia_uki light cheese, and around 100ml of the pasta water, and stir for a minute until it’s a creamy sauce.

    Serve.


Notes

Use @jdseasonings Cajun spices for extra flavor.
