Super Easy Chicken, Bacon, Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta
I usually prefer to make things from scratch but sometimes it’s just easier to go for a jar and there’s nothing wrong with that! The tomato & mascarpone one from @aldiuk is one of my absolute favs!

Put your pasta onto boil, then add the diced chicken into a bowl and mix with the seasonings listed above.

Spray a frying pan with a little oil and add the diced onions, cook until soft, then add the chicken and bacon

Once the pasta is al dente, add to the frying pan with the jar of sauce and 100ml of the pasta water mix really well until all the pasta is coated and cook for a further few minutes. Serve topped with parsley
