15 MIN Chicken & Chorizo Carbonara

Carbonara is up there with one of my fav meals of all time and this version only takes 15 minutes to make with 50g protein!!!

    Put your pasta onto boil, then add the chorizo to a pan and cook for a few mins until the oils release then add the chicken and garlic and cook until browned

    In a jug, mix the egg, cream, pepper and half the parmesan throughly

  3. 3

    Once the pasta is aldente add to frying pan, mix together well then remove from the heat and stir in the sauce until you get the desired consistency. Serve topped with the remaining parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley
