Boursin Chicken, Bacon & Broccoli Pasta
I’m convinced every pasta recipe is better with boursin - you just can’t go wrong this was absolutely delicious with only 595 calories per portion & 45g of protein!!

First put your pasta onto boil, and place your bacon under the grill/ into the air fryer to cook (until super crispy). Then spray a frying pan with a little oil and add in the garlic and diced chicken

Once the chicken starts to brown, add in the onion, cook until soft then add in the Boursin and creme fraiche with approx. 100ml of starchy pasta water. Mix together well with the seasonings listed above and simmer for a few mins before adding the broccoli

Once the pasta is al dente, add to the frying pan and mix really well until all the pasta is coated. Serve topped with the crispy bacon and a some extra black pepper!
