High Protein Cheesy BBQ Chicken Ciabatta

First recipe of 2023 and it’s a good one - inspired by @slimdownwithclaudia

Ingredients

    Finely dice the onion and garlic and add the a frying pan with a little oil, once browned add your diced chicken.

    Once the chicken is browned add the bbq sauce and stir until everything is coated, while that is cooking cut your ciabatta in half (if the sauce sticks add a little water).

    Spoon the bbq chicken mixture onto one side of your ciabatta and top with the cheese, pop in a preheated oven/airfryer and cook until the cheese bubbles, serve topped with some more bbq sauce & parsley.
