Absolutely love a Chinese takeaway and this is the perfect fakeaway when you’re craving one!

    Cut the steak into strips and coat in cornflour. Spray a pan with some oil and add in the steak, cook for about 10 mins until outside edges are golden & crispy

    Once crispy add in the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, spice mix and chilli flakes to taste, and mix together well until the outside is coated with a glaze like consistency. Top with spring onion and sesame seeds

I served with 75g (dry weight) rice and some steam broccoli
