Creamy Chicken & Pepperoni Stuffed Garlic Bread

    Cut the garlic bread down the middle (be careful not to go all the way through) and cook in the oven as per packet instructions. Then put your chicken in a bowl and coat with half of each of seasonings listed above.

    Spray a pan with a little oil and add in the chicken, cook for a few mins then add in the pepperoni, garlic and the rest of the seasonings

    Once the chicken looks fully cooked add cream cheese, 50ml of water. Stir thoroughly, leave to simmer until it’s a thick creamy consistency

    Spoon the mixture into the cooked garlic bread evenly and top with the cheese, placed under the grill for ~5mins until the cheese is cripsys, top with parsley and you’re done!

I served tenderstem broccoli panfried with some chilli & garlic
