Boursin, Sausage & Broccoli Tagliatelle

Absolutely love any kind of sausage pasta and this is a perfect quick mid week dinner

    Put your pasta onto boil, then spray a pan with a little oil and add your diced onion and garlic. Once the onion is softened, crumble the sausages into the pan

    Once the sausages are browned add the black pepper and paprika and cook for a minute, then add in the stock, Boursin and broccoli and leave to simmer

    Once the sauce is starting to thicken add in half the parmesan, add a splash of pasta water. stir in the cooked pasta until completely coated. Top with the remaining parmesan & black pepper
