    Salt and boil water and cook orzo for approximately 10 minutes

    Strain orzo and add salt and olive oil and refrigerate

    Cut cucumbers and tomatoes

    For the dressing combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt

    Once the orzo is cool, add the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta and dressing
