Pork Chops with Garlic, Chive, Parmesan Butter

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Chop garlic and chives. Add to room temperature butter and add salt and pepper and parmesan and mix.

    Add olive oil to a pan on medium high. Add pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

    Spoon butter garlic mixture on top of pork chops and add a bit more grated parmesan.

    Place in oven until pork chops are fully cooked (about 10-15 minutes depending on thickness) internal temp 145.

    Remove from oven and place on dish to let rest.

    Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and broccolini or any sides.
