Cut chicken in cubes and cook in a pan for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove chicken and add more olive oil to the pan and add chopped garlic

Add chicken broth (about 3/4 cup) and cook for a few minutes

Add heavy cream (about 1/2 cup)

Add red pepper flakes, salt, sun dried tomatoes and 1-2 tbsp of sun dried tomato oil, parmesan cheese

Boil salted water and add gnocchi for 1-3 minutes

Cook for a few minutes until sauce thickens a bit
