    Preheat oven to 400

    Spread a thin layer of fig spread on the flatbread using the back of spoon

  3. 3

    Add one layer of prosciutto

  4. 4

    Top with sliced mozzarella

  5. 5

    Bake for approximately 10 minutes until mozzarella is melted and flatbread is slightly crispy

  6. 6

    Remove from oven and top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze
