Honey Lime Shrimp Tacos & Honeydew Mocktail

    Pan fry the thawed shrimp for 1 ½ minutes each side, until shrimp is fully cooked.

    Remove from skillet & sauté garlic in 2 tbsp of butter until fragrant, about 2 mins.

    Add lime juice & honey and gentle simmer for about 2 mins until it begins to thicken.

    Toss the shrimp in the sauce and set aside.

    Preheat oven to 425F. Spray or coat the corn tortillas with cooking spray/ any oil.

    Place on a lined baking tray and place in oven for 3 minutes.

    Layer shredded cheese on half of a warm tortilla, layer with a few pieces of shrimp, topping with more cheese.

    Fold tortilla over the shrimp and press down, forming a taco. Repeat step for all on baking sheet.

    Bake for 12 minutes.

    Blend honeydew until smooth. Add to a cocktail shaker over ice with lime juice and agave.

    Shake until combined.

    Run your glass with La Baleine Grey Sea Salt and add ice, mocktail mixture and top with sparkling water.
