Cut the onion finely, trim and cut the tenderloin and the sausage in bitesize pieces.

Fry the bacon over medium heat till crispy, set aside.

Sear the beef tenderloin over medium high heat till nice and crusty and set aside.

Sauteé the onions till translucent and set aside.

Place a large pot with heavily salted water over high heat. Once it boils add two bags of rice and turn down to low. Boil for 15 minutes, then drain.

Add a large pot to the stove over medium heat, add the butter, then the flour, whisk to combine.

Then add the milk, the heavy cream, the tomato paste, the paprika and the chicken stock cube. Salt and pepper to taste - then add the bacon, pork, and onions to the sauce and toss to combine.

Plate and garnish with a bit of parsley.
