A caprese sandwich, because summer’s not over yet. Unpopular opinion maybe, but while I love a caprese I do feel like it’s missing some texture and crunch.

    Assemble the sandwich with olive and rosemary baguette, pesto + olive tapenade, fresh mozzarella, sliced salted tomatoes, fresh basil, arugula, fried jalapeños, and olive oil.
