Chocolate Overnight Oats

Begin by adding your wet ingredients to a large bowl (coconut milk, milk of choice, maple syrup and vanilla extract). Whisk to fully combine.

Then add your oats, chia seeds, coconut sugar, cacao powder, protein powder, chocolate chips and mint. Mix to fully combine. You can add more milk if needed, the consistency should be very wet, almost slightly soupy.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with fresh mint, chocolate chips or chocolate shaving and any fruit of choice!
