    Boil the potato chunks for 14/-15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash them until smooth.

    Mix the cornstarch, salt and Garlic powder into the mashed potatoes to form a dough.

    Roll out the dough and use a round cutter to make circles. Use a straw to make two eyes and a spoon to carve a smile.

    Freeze the shapes for at least 20-25 minutes

    Fry the frozen smiley faces for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Let them cool on a wire rack and serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
