    Peel, cut, and wash the potatoes. Boil them until they’re soft enough to poke with a fork.

    Drain the water and mash the potatoes. Add all the spices and fresh coriander, then mix everything well.

    Take a tablespoon of the mixture, add a small cube of mozzarella, and shape it into round kababs (makes 12-14).

    For the coating: First, roll the kababs in plain flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them with Panko breadcrumbs.

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the kababs on a medium flame until they turn golden brown on both sides.

    Serve and enjoy these delish kababs with chutney, ketchup, or any other sauce you prefer!
