Noodle Tteokbokki
A Korean-inspired dish made with noodle form rice cakes, served in a creamy and spicy sauce.

Combine rice flour, potato starch, and sea salt. Gradually add hot water, stirring continuously to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth. Shape the dough into long noodles or tteokbokki shapes. Boil the noodles in water for 3-5 minutes, then transfer to cold water.

Cook rice/glass noodles per instructions and rinse with cold water.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions. Add tomato paste, Buldak sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, and rice syrup. Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in cream and simmer until thickened. Add noodles to the sauce, mix well. Optional: Top with mozzarella, melt, and serve hot!
