The Original Buldak Ramen with Corn Cheese

    Mix the ramen sauce packets, gochujang, soy sauce, and Buldak hot sauce in a bowl.

    Boil the ramen for 3-4 minutes as per instructions. Drain most of the water, leaving some in the pan.

    Add the sauce mix and a splash of heavy cream. Stir well until everything is combined.

    Make the Corn Cheese: In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sweet corn and stir for a minute.

    Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let everything melt together.

    Pour the melted corn cheese over the ramen.

    Garnish with chives and ENJOY!!
