Buldak N Cheese
A creative twist on mac and cheese, combining Buldak flavors with a creamy sauce.

Boil ramen until almost al dente. Drain, saving 1/2 cup of water.

Melt butter in a pot over low-medium heat. Add spices and flour, whisk to remove lumps. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually add cream, gochujang, ramen cheese powder, hot sauce, and reserved ramen water. Mix well.

Add noodles to the sauce, mix, then top with mozzarella. Cover until cheese melts.

Garnish with chives if you like, and dig in!
