This is hands down the best pumpkin bread you‘ll ever eat 🙂‍↕️ i got inspired by @sallysbakeblog and made some slight changes to her recipe!

Wet ingredients

Directions

    Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and add the other wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    When everything is well combined, pour the wet ingredients in the dry and mix until there are no lumps.

  4. 4

    Fold in your dark chocolate and pour into a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Bake for 55-60 minutes at 180C!
