it is safe to say that these BANANA CHOC CHIP TOFU PANCAKES blew me away! they are vegan, naturally high in protein and super fluffy and no, you can absolutely not taste the tofu!

    Blend the banana with your tofu and milk until smooth.

    In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients and combine with the tofu blend.

    Mix until smooth and fold in chocolate chips.

    Fry the pancakes in some butter or coconut oil and serve with all your favorite toppings!
