Coconut Miso Ramen
This super quick and comforting COCONUT MISO RAMEN is one of my favorite recipes ever for chilly evenings! it is completely vegan and tastes so complex and ✨gourmet✨ while it‘s actually so easy to make!

Chop up your spring onion, ginger and garlic and fry them in sesame oil until translucent.

Add miso, coconut milk and veggie broth and fill up with a bit of water (depending on how you like it).

Let the broth simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Cook your ramen noodles in the meantime - done!
