PUMPKIN GRANOLA is so easy to make, and on top of that suuper crunchy and delicious! it‘s a bit of an unconventional way to use pumpkin - and that‘s why i love it so much!

    Chop up your nuts.

    Melt up the coconut oil.

  3. 3

    Combine everything in a bowl and mix well.

    Spread out on a baking tray and bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown!

Perfectttt on top of yoghurt bowls 🥹 but also as a topper for ice cream or crumble!
