    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Melt chocolate over a waterbath.

    Whisk together wet ingredients and add melted chocolate.

    Incorporate all dry ingredients until evenly combined.

    Coat muffin tins in cocoa.

    Divide batter evenly in 2.

    Add a little drop of pistachio cream in the center.

  8. 8

    Bake for ~8 minutes.

    Serve while still hot with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
