Cook up your pasta according to the packaging. Make sure to save some pasta water here for later!

Blend up your silken tofu, miso, nutritional yeast and milk with salt and lots of pepper.

Cut the smoked tofu in small chunks and fry in olive oil until crispy. Add salt and take the tofu out of the pan.

Fry your garlic in the remaining oil and add your blended up sauce once the garlic is translucent.

When al dente, add your pasta and saved pasta water and mix everything up. Lastly, add your smoked tofu pieces back in - tadahh! The best vegan carbonara.
