Veggie Momos with a Crispy Lace Skirt

    Add momos to heated oil in your pan, and get just a tiny bit of color on them on the bottom.

    Whisk slurry really well and pour it in and cover for 5-6 min.

    Uncover and let the residual goopyness cook through for 10 min or until it’s all golden and crispy.

    Move your pan around on your stove to get all the areas browned!

    For frozen ones, add in a couple extra tbsps of water and cook for a few minutes more until they’re plump and cooked through!
