Bundt Pesto Sooji Dhokla
A bundt pesto sooji dhokla that'll impress everyone at your next dinner party

Whisk together first seven ingredients in a bowl and cover and set aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 min, add baking soda and lemon juice, mix well with a spatula (don't overmix tho!) and immediately transfer to your bundt pan (after you add the baking soda you don't want it to sit around).

Steam for 15 minutes and then check to see if it's fully cooked through by inserting a toothpick or knife - it should come out clean. If it doesn't, cover and let it steam for a couple more minutes and check again.

Remove from steamer, let it sit for 5 minutes, then carefully flip over onto your plate. Poke a few holes on top with a fork.

Heat up some neutral oil in your #TadkaSpoon, and add your mustard seeds and cumin seeds, as soon as they start popping / wiggling around, add sesame seeds and swirl for 20 seconds. Carefully add curry leaves and dried red chilies, swirl for 20 seconds and then remove off heat and pour on top of the dhokla.

Sprinkle some kashmiri red chili powder and grated coconut if you'd like, and serve with some extra pesto!
