Falafel Chickpea Bites

Blend all ingredients except for flour & baking powder together until combined & slightly chunky

Mix in flour and baking powder, it should be able to hold a shape

Store in the fridge for whenever you want to use it (or skip this)

Shape the mixture

Either pan fry on a greased pan OR brush all sides with olive oil, bake until golden brown at 375 for 20-30 min (flip halfway through)

Serve on bowls, salad, pita bread, in a wrap, or with sauces like hummus, tzatziki, or tahini
