    Place the ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, peanut butter, chili crisp, and brown sugar in a bowl.

    Heat the oil in a pan until hot, then pour the oil into the bowl. Stir with a spoon.

    Add the soy sauces and rice vinegar. Stir again.

    Make the noodles and cook according to the package. Drain and immediately add the noodles to the sauce, mix well to combine.

    Top with sliced green onions.
