Ingredients: 500 g dairy free / dairy cream cheese, room temp; 270 g dairy free / dairy double cream, cold; 200 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled; 30 g cocoa powder; 300 g icing sugar; 200 g canned coconut milk, full fat; 2 tbsp cornflour; 60 g dairy free / dairy butter; 100 g brown sugar; 100 g caster sugar; 100 g pecans, chopped; 90 g shredded coconut; 300 g chocolate biscuits; 115 g dairy free / dairy butter, melted

Rich creamy and indulgent, with a buttery chocolate biscuit base topped with the creamiest chocolate filling. Covered in a gooey coconut pecan topping, this cheesecake has everything you know and love about the classic.
