These high protein Rice Krispies are serious goodness!

Ingredients

    In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows, coconut oil, and protein.

    Place over a medium heat and continue to stir until marshmallows melt and mixture becomes smooth.

    Once melted, remove from heat and add in rice puffs.

  4. 4

    Stir until well coated.

  5. 5

    Transfer to a lined baking tray and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Once set, slice into squares.

  7. 7

    Coat 1/2 of each slice in white chocolate and add edible eyes.

  8. 8

    Return to fridge for 20 minutes.
