Combine 1 cup thick yoghurt, 1/4 cup maple, 1/2 cup vanilla protein and 1/2 cup almond flour. Stir to combine.

Add chocolate chips.

Place on a baking sheet and smooth over with the back of a spoon to flatten.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Dip into melted dark chocolate and return to freezer for 15 minutes.
