Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Combine 1 cup oats with 2 tbsp vanilla pancake protein, 0.25 cup smooth peanut butter and 0.25 cup honey in a mixing bowl.

Mix through dark chocolate chips.

Add a tablespoon of mixture to a silicone muffin mould and press to flatten.

Place in freezer for 10 minutes.

Combine 0.5 cup peanut butter, 0.25 cup coconut oil, 0.25 cup maple syrup and 2 tbsp vanilla protein in a separate mixing bowl.

Add a tablespoon to the bases and return to freezer for 10 minutes.

Pour over melted dark chocolate and top with extra dark chocolate chips.

Let sit in the freezer for 1 hour or until set.
