Loaded Yoghurt Bowl with Homemade Granola

Dry ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 150°C (302°F) and line a tray with baking paper.

    Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    Combine all dry ingredients besides the apple in a separate mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are equally coated.

    Add to a lined baking tray and bake for 35 minutes.

  6. 6

    Let the granola cool completely before breaking off into clusters.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with yoghurt and seasonal fruits.
