    Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

    Combine the oats, protein powder, baking powder and soy milk. Mix to combine well.

    Add half of the oat mixture into an oven-safe dish. Place the biscoff in the centre and top with the remaining of the oat mixture.

    Add the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle on the oats.

    Bake in the oven for ~15 minutes and enjoy!
