    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot at night, set to 7 hours on low and cook!

    In the morning, add butter/walnut oil to taste, a little more milk to thin if needed, and give it all a big stir before serving.

Optional: Add maple syrup, brown sugar, nuts, extra seeds, or chopped apples to taste.
