Labneh is ridiculously easy to make, and is the perfect base for Spring-time picnic dips, or as an alternative to cream cheese. It’s perfect to turn into something sweet or savoury, or my personal fav: mixed with some vanilla, lemon + maple to top a homemade cake, in lieu of cream cheese icing.
