    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt

    Cube up your butter in to small pieces and then mash in.

    Add in the pumpkin purée, sour cream and discard

    Add your egg

    Add your spices and mix gently.

    Once all mixed into a firm dough sprinkle a surface with flour and place your dough in your surface. Roll your dough out to 3/4-1” thick into a circle.

    Place your dough onto parchment paper and cut into slices.

    Cook scones on parchment at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Let your scones cool for 5-10 minutes before eating or adding your icing.

    Place all the ingredients in a non stick pot and stir until well mixed. The icing should be thick but ribbon on itself.

    When the scones are cooled pour icing over the top of the scones and let sit for 1-2 minutes while it hardens before serving
