  1. 1

Remove the membrane and trim the ribs; cut racks in half.

    Season with the rub.

  3. 3

Add pellets to the Ninja WoodFire Grill and pre-heat it to 121°C on the smoker setting.

  4. 4

Add ribs to the grill and smoke with the lid closed.

  5. 5

Check ribs after 30 minutes; if dry, spritz with apple juice, and repeat every 15 minutes.

  6. 6

Once the internal temperature is 71-73°C, remove ribs.

  7. 7

On foil, add butter, honey, and BBQ sauce. Place ribs meat-side down and wrap tightly.

Return wrapped ribs to the grill until they reach 93-96°C.

  9. 9

Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for 5 more minutes.

  10. 10

    Slice and serve.

  11. 11

Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry.

  12. 12

Toss with olive oil, salt, and preferred seasoning.

  13. 13

Preheat air fryer to 190°C and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
