In a bowl, coat the chicken with yogurt, eggs, salt, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

Coat the chicken in corn starch and lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, water, and minced garlic. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
