First step of making your first loaf. You have to make the ‘starter’

    Mix 1 tbsp water + 2 tbsp flour in a clean jar. Cover loosely and leave for 24 hours.

    Add 1 tbsp water + 2 tbsp flour.

Notes

Store your starter in a warm spot (25–28°C) to keep fermentation active.
