Herloom tomatoes in season! Optional to peel, (pour over with boiling water) slice and cook with ghee or butter, add fresh buratta or mozzarella, add a few eggs, salt and pepper. And optional mixed herbs. Enjoy with a crusty loaf of sourdough!
