Immune Boost
When the seasons change often immune systems get compromised. With holidays coming, schedules get busy and we’re exposed to more germs. This is perfect to have as a daily prevention or even to give as a gift!

Grate, chop fine or blend 1/2 cup of each ingredient, ginger, garlic, and turmeric.

Mix with 1 cup of raw honey and 1 teaspoon black pepper.

Let sit in sealed glass jar on bench top 1-2 days.

Then keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

A spoonful a day is a great immune boost! (Add to hot water for sore throats or tea)
