These mini capsicums (aka: mini bell peppers) Are so cute and quick! Stuff with goats cheese (or ricotta) roast for 20 minutes at 180’ C or 350’ F remove and drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and black pepper. Enjoy!
